FAQ: Relative Strength (RS) Methodology
RS analysis follows the top-down logic and helps to identify what is trending in economy
1. Winning sectors: compare performance of WIG sector indices to WIG20 → find the best performing sectors.
2. Winning stocks: determine stocks which outperform sector indices → find the ouperforming stocks.
3. Following momentum: select outperformers in strong sectors within an established uptrend.
